Return Policy
Due to the perishable and personal nature of teas and essential oils, all sales are final.
We will accept returns or issue refunds only in the following cases:
- The product is defective, or
- We shipped the wrong item.
In these cases, you may be asked to provide photographs of the product and return the item for inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
